Tuba Hassan confident ahead of Sri Lanka semi-final, backs Pakistan’s bowling attack

Pakistan women’s cricketer Tuba Hassan has expressed confidence in the team ahead of their semi-final clash against Sri Lanka, saying the side is fully prepared and focused on delivering a strong performance.
Speaking ahead of the match, Tuba said the team’s practice session went very well, with the players working specifically on areas that needed improvement. She added that the squad also focused on fielding drills before moving into the nets.
Tuba said Pakistan are excited for the semi-final and will approach the game as just another match, focusing on one ball at a time.
“We have also played a series against Sri Lanka, so it should be a good contest,” she said.
Backing Pakistan’s bowling attack, Tuba said the bowlers have been performing well and the team has developed a good combination. She believes the bowling unit is capable of defending totals in the range of 120 to 130 runs given the pitches and conditions.
Tuba also highlighted the positive atmosphere within the team, admitting that players naturally feel nervous before a semi-final but insisting they would enjoy the occasion rather than allow pressure to affect them.
