Pakistan are gearing up to face West Indies in a three-match T20I series 2025 beginning Thursday, July 31, at the Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium in Lauderhill, Florida. The encounter marks the eighth bilateral T20I series between the two teams, who first clashed in this format back in 2011.
This highly anticipated series is the first T20I meeting between Pakistan and West Indies since December 2021. The matches are scheduled for July 31, August 2, and August 3, all taking place at the same venue and beginning at 8:00 PM local time (5:00 AM Pakistan time the following day).

Pakistan’s history in Lauderhill is short but memorable—they beat Ireland at this very venue during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2024. In head-to-head encounters, Pakistan has dominated, winning 15 of 21 T20Is, while West Indies claimed three wins, with three games ending in no result.
Both sides are seeking redemption following disappointing T20I outings—Pakistan lost 2-1 to Bangladesh, and West Indies suffered a 5-0 whitewash against Australia.
The Pakistan squad landed in Lauderhill on July 28 and immediately began intensive training sessions. The team is buoyed by the return of key pacers Haris Rauf, Hasan Ali, and Shaheen Shah Afridi to the T20I setup.
Captain Salman Ali Agha’s pre-series remarks: “We are really looking forward to playing at this wonderful venue and our time here so far has been exciting. I feel the three T20Is will also be entertaining and as a team we are eagerly looking forward to take the field."
"We have a fine blend of youth and experience in our squad and it is highly productive that we are going into yet another T20I series as the build-up towards the T20 World Cup picks up pace. The West Indies are a formidable T20I side despite the results not going their way recently and I feel we’ll have to play our best possible game in order to outfox them in this series.”
