With four franchises selecting Pakistani talent, it marks another proud moment for Pakistan players in Abu Dhabi T10 League 2025.
This year’s edition, which runs from November 18 to 30 in the UAE, will witness Ali Raza and Mir Hamza making their first-ever international franchise debuts. Raza impressed in PSL Season 10 with 12 wickets in 9 matches for Peshawar Zalmi, while left-arm pacer Hamza, a familiar face in the PSL, has featured for Karachi Kings and Zalmi with a career haul of 33 wickets in 29 games.
Akif Javed, another emerging pacer, is heading into his second global T20 stint after successful spells in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). Having played for multiple PSL franchises including Islamabad United, Karachi Kings, and Multan Sultans, Akif now joins Ajman Titans.
Also making headlines is Usman Tariq, the CPL 2025 runner-up for Trinbago Knight Riders, who ended the tournament as the second-highest wicket-taker with 20 wickets in just 10 games. His CPL heroics earned him a slot with Deccan Gladiators.
Veteran quick Zaman Khan, who has played across MLC, BBL, LPL, and The Hundred, joins Ajman Titans, bringing his global experience into play. He’ll team up with Haider Ali, Asif Ali, and Akif Javed — forming a Pakistani quartet in the squad.
The final list of Pakistani players drafted includes some familiar names, solidifying Pakistan's growing footprint in short-format franchise cricket.
